Delivery times
Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days, and the time to make the boots can be as quick as a few days but can vary depending on how many orders we're working on.

If you want a more exact delivery time and ETA for your order, please contact us.

Measurements
Please ensure to measure yourself extra carefully and repeat the process 2-3 times from the start to make sure the measurements are accurate.
Classic Boots cannot give refunds on boots shipped out that are accurate to the measurements we receive.

Extra order notes
Your requests may delay the delivery time but we'll notify and confirm new delivery times with you if that's the case with your order.

Shipping information
Please note that all orders will be delivered trackable from the United Kingdom using first-class postage service.
You’ll be updated with tracking information through email or SMS when your order is scheduled for shipment.
Make sure to add your phone number in the checkout process if you want to receive this information through SMS because this can not be changed after the order is placed.
