Return and refunds
Since all our boots are tailor-made to order based on your own measurements we have a non-return policy.

Therefore, please ensure to measure yourself extra carefully and repeat the process 2-3 times from the start to make sure the measurements are accurate.

Classic Boots cannot give a refund on boots provided that are accurate to the measurements we receive.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
